A borrower pledges tokenized stocks, meme tokens or a Uniswap LP position and draws USDG; loans fund in four quarters inside a 24-hour window; at expiry the borrower either pays the fixed cap or walks away and the lender keeps the collateral. It ships an MCP server, a TypeScript SDK and an HTTP API alongside the app. DefiLlama tracked $44.4k of TVL on 18 September 2026, and the deal vault held about 11,542 USDG.
