What Across does

• Send USDC from 13 chains and receive USDG on Robinhood Chain
• Move USDG from Ethereum directly; bridge ETH from major EVM chains
• Withdraw USDG back out as USDC (also to Solana)
• Relayers front the payout; fills take about two seconds

Users pay a bridge fee; relayers who front payouts are repaid from a single hub pool after UMA's optimistic oracle verifies fills.

Across bridges by having relayers pay a user on the destination chain immediately and reclaim from a single hub-and-spoke liquidity pool afterwards, which keeps capital in one place rather than split across every pair. Its Universal SpokePool and the spoke periphery contract are deployed on Robinhood Chain. DefiLlama tracks $20.7M of protocol-wide TVL, held on the hub chain rather than here.
