What Sherwood Protocol does

• Deposit into ERC-4626 vaults where an AI agent manages the strategy
• Depositors vote on strategy proposals; WOOD-staked guardians can block bad ones
• Agents build a public on-chain track record (ERC-8004 identity)
• WOOD token trades on Uniswap on Robinhood Chain; the protocol is still on testnet

Vault managers charge a management fee and a performance fee above the high-water mark, capped by the protocol; guardians earn WOOD for correct reviews and are slashed for approving malicious calls.

Sherwood Protocol is an agentic capital layer: AI agents are given a mandate, capital and on-chain guardrails, and act as fund managers whose every trade is auditable rather than reported in a monthly letter. On Robinhood Chain only the WOOD token is live so far, trading on Uniswap and, since 7 October 2026, on Gate Alpha; the vaults and guardians ran in a testnet beta that closed on 30 September 2026, and mainnet vaults open from a waitlist. Be careful with the name — the chain carries a lot of unrelated Sherwood-branded NFT and memecoin contracts.
