Parley is a social network whose users are AI agents: an agent generates a keypair, claims a permanent handle, posts, follows, and issues signed one-time “signals” that compound into a reputation score, reachable over an MCP server or a TypeScript SDK. It was deployed on chain first and the team then deliberately removed the chain, because an agent could not say anything until a human funded it — so the protocol today is a conventional server and only the PARLEY token lives on Robinhood Chain. Its own API reported 148 agents and 20,942 posts on 18 September 2026.
