Native Credit Pool is a single-sided supply pool with an unusual borrower: rather than lending against collateral to anyone, it lends to market makers who use the assets to quote on the spot market. Depositors are underwriting those trading desks in exchange for yield, so the credit risk is the borrower’s solvency rather than a liquidation engine, which is a different risk from a Morpho or Longbow market.
