DEXsKipseli Capital runs a signed-quote PropAMM: a professional market maker quotes a price off chain and signs it, and the trade settles on chain against that signature. Because the price is fixed before the transaction is broadcast, there is nothing for a sandwich bot to move. It also operates on Base and BNB. Its Robinhood Chain contracts are not published under a searchable name, so HoodScan has not yet attributed addresses to it.
