Deepstate on Robinhood Chain

Deepstate runs a central limit order book on Robinhood Chain rather than an AMM: makers rest bids and asks in an engine contract and takers fill against them, so there is no pool and no constant-product curve. Its NVDA/USDG book pays DEEP emissions to whoever holds the top of book, which is what most of the resting volume is there for. STATE, the governance contract, is an ERC-4626 vault, so voting power is a deposit position rather than a snapshot balance.
