What Deepstate does

• Place limit or market orders on an on-chain central limit order book
• Earn DEEP rewards for resting orders at the top of the book (NVDA/USDG)
• Deposit DEEP into the STATE vault to vote and claim a share of fee assets

DEEP deposited into STATE is burned; STATE holders redeem a pro-rata share of fee assets (USDG and others) the vault collects.

Deepstate runs a central limit order book on Robinhood Chain rather than an AMM: makers rest bids and asks in an engine contract and takers fill against them, so there is no pool and no constant-product curve. Its NVDA/USDG book pays DEEP emissions to whoever holds the top of book, which is what most of the resting volume is there for. STATE, the governance contract, is an ERC-4626 vault, so voting power is a deposit position rather than a snapshot balance.
